We are a husband-and-wife led firm dedicated to the communities we call home across El Paso, West Texas, and New Mexico. Our clients aren’t a market; they are our neighbors and part of the communities we’ve chosen to build our lives in. We’re honored to serve them.
Hamilton Project Advisors was founded to be more than coordination. We act as a trusted extension of your team, bringing alignment, accountability, and calm structure to complex construction projects across planning, design, funding, and execution.

Leadership
Lloyd C. Hamilton III, PMP
President, Owner’s Representative & Capital Project Manager
Texas Tech University, B.S. Engineering Technology (Construction Management Minor)
Lloyd brings a disciplined, technical foundation to every project, backed by experience managing more than $300 million in capital construction across healthcare, government, institutional, and private sectors.
Raised in the Borderplex region and part of a third-generation construction legacy, his understanding of the local landscape runs deep and is shaped not just by experience, but by long-standing relationships and a genuine connection to the communities these projects serve.
He leads across the full project lifecycle, from early planning and procurement through construction and closeout, with a consistent focus on protecting the owner’s financial position, schedule integrity, and quality at every stage.
Lloyd is a Certified Project Management Professional (PMP), OSHA 30-hour certified, trained in Primavera P6 scheduling, and a certified American Buildings roof warranty inspector.
Outside of his work, Lloyd values time with his family and the opportunity to explore new places. He is an avid fly fisherman and mountain biker, spending time on the rivers, trails, and landscapes throughout El Paso, New Mexico, and the surrounding region.
Martamaria Hamilton, MA, LPC

Marta brings a level of insight to project management that is both rare and deeply valuable.
As a Licensed Professional Counselor Supervisor with experience across medical institutions and behavioral health settings, and as a business owner and fractional Chief Operating Officer (COO) for a legal technology company, she understands the pressure of bringing a vision to life while managing the realities of business, leadership, and responsibility.
She has always operated in environments where precision, documentation, and accountability are critical and where outcomes directly impact people and long-term success. She brings that same care and precision to every project: Structured in process while also mindful of the people and goals behind it.
Outside of work, Marta enjoys time with her husband Lloyd, their twin daughters, and their two dogs, hiking nearby trails, time on her yoga mat, and traveling to visit loved ones and explore new places.
