Lloyd has successfully managed two critical projects for the El Paso Independent School District over the past four years. One was the construction of a new transportation and operations hub with a construction budget of more than $12 million. The other project was the renovation of a pre-kindergarten through eighth grade school with a construction budget of more than $14 million. Both projects have dramatically improved the quality of life for our students and our employees. Lloyd has an acute knowledge of all phases of construction to include project management, scheduling, safety and quality control. He has demonstrated the ability to manage and coordinate large projects successfully. Lloyd also works closely with internal and external partners to build and maintain strong relationships.

We have delivered projects in Las Cruces, New Mexico. We understand the Southern New Mexico market from the ground up: Its contractors, its permitting timelines, and the nuances that affect project cost and schedule in ways that out-of-market firms simply don’t anticipate.
