Lloyd C. Hamilton III, PMP
President, Owner’s Representative & Capital Project Manager
Texas Tech University, B.S. Engineering Technology (Construction Management Minor)
Lloyd brings a disciplined, technical foundation to every project, supported by experience managing more than $300 million in capital construction across healthcare, government, institutional, and private sectors.
Raised in the Borderplex region and part of a third-generation construction legacy, his understanding of the local landscape runs deep and is shaped not only by experience, but by long-standing relationships and a genuine connection to the communities these projects serve.
His work spans the full project lifecycle: From early planning and procurement through construction and closeout, with a consistent focus on protecting the owner’s financial position, maintaining schedule integrity, and ensuring quality at every stage.
He is a Certified Project Management Professional (PMP), OSHA 30-hour certified, trained in Primavera P6 scheduling, and a certified American Buildings roof warranty inspector. Outside of his work, Lloyd values time with his family and the opportunity to explore new places. He is an avid fly fisherman and mountain biker, spending time on the rivers, trails, and landscapes throughout El Paso, New Mexico, and the surrounding region.

Marta brings a level of insight to project management that is both rare and deeply valuable.
As a Licensed Professional Counselor Supervisor with experience across medical institutions and behavioral health settings, along with her background as a business owner and fractional Chief Operating Officer (COO) for a legal health technology company, she understands the pressure of bringing a vision to life while managing the realities of business, leadership, and responsibility.
She has always operated within environments where precision, documentation, and accountability are critical and where the outcome directly impacts people, operations, and long-term success. That perspective shapes how she leads: Every decision is considered through both an operational and human lens. Every process is approached with structure, clarity, and intention. Every detail is documented and managed with a high standard of care.
Outside of her work, Marta enjoys spending time with her husband, Lloyd, their twin daughters, and their two dogs. She values spending time outdoors with family and friends, hiking nearby trails, time on her yoga mat, and traveling to visit friends and families as well as exploring new places.
