Hamilton Project Advisors served as the owner’s advocate on the design and construction of a new Cosmetic Surgery and Laser Center in El Paso — a specialty medical facility purpose-built around a high-acuity surgical suite, advanced laser treatment rooms, and a hospitality-grade patient experience.
The architect created the design. The contractor built the design. Our role was different: protect the owner’s vision, schedule, and capital. From early program validation through commissioning, we sat on the owner’s side of the table — negotiating scope, pressure-testing budgets, and resolving issues in the field before they became change orders.
The result is a facility that meets the strict regulatory and infection-control requirements of an ambulatory surgical environment while delivering the calm, elevated atmosphere patients expect from a premier aesthetics practice.
