The Gen. Douglas MacArthur PK-8 School project involved a comprehensive renovation of the entire school, including all classrooms, administrative offices, the school gym, cafeteria, and the bus stop. The scope also featured a new build of a fine arts room comprising orchestra rooms with quiet practice rooms, as well as the relocation and addition of new chillers. This was completed as a construction manager at risk project.
